Caliber Home Solutions Announces Relocation to Expanded Corporate Headquarters and Operations Facility in Idaho Falls
Idaho Falls, Idaho – Caliber Home Solutions, a rapidly growing regional leader in home accessibility and renovation services, announced today that the company has officially moved into its new corporate headquarters and primary operations center located at 6025 South Yellowstone Highway, Idaho Falls. The newly acquired 35,000-square-foot facility marks a major milestone in the company’s continued growth and commitment to serving homeowners throughout Idaho, Utah, Wyoming, Montana, Washington and Nevada.

The new building will serve as the centralized home for Caliber’s corporate leadership, administrative staff, and a significantly expanded call center—now designed to support increased customer volume and faster service response. The facility also houses the company’s main warehouse, providing improved capacity for inventory, logistics, and field-deployment operations.

The relocation brings all corporate functions under one roof, including dispatching, scheduling, customer support, installer coordination, and leadership operations. The expanded call center is designed to enhance customer experience and reduce response times during periods of high demand.

While the primary focus of the new space is operational efficiency, the expanded warehouse capacity also strengthens Caliber’s ability to support its core service lines, which include shower remodeling, home elevator installation, and Made in the USA stair lifts. The larger inventory footprint enables quicker project turnarounds and improved availability of parts and materials across all service regions.
The company emphasized that while homeowners typically receive service directly in their homes—and not at the headquarters—the new facility significantly improves Caliber’s ability to deliver timely, reliable, and high-quality solutions.
Caliber Home Solutions will begin operating fully from the new headquarters effective immediately, with all customer communication and service coordination now centralized at the South Yellowstone Highway location.
